What is in scope, and what is not

Clear boundaries protect both sides. CleanWise Solutions does not use broad phrases like “complete industrial cleaning” to imply that every specialized service is included.

Industrial Cleaning and Equipment Areas

Routine environmental cleaning around machinery is not the same service as cleaning the machinery itself, which can need specialized methods, tools, chemicals, shutdown procedures or technical knowledge.

CleanWise does not automatically include industrial equipment, process equipment or heavy machinery. If you need machinery cleaning or degreasing, raise it during the walkthrough so capability can be confirmed before it goes in a proposal.

Specialized Industrial Cleaning Requirements

Some facilities need work beyond routine cleaning: specialized equipment, unusual surfaces, difficult-access areas or methods outside a normal recurring janitorial program.

Those requirements are scoped separately. The walkthrough establishes exactly what CleanWise can provide, which equipment or methods are needed and where responsibility sits.

Hazardous Materials and Specialized Waste

Hazardous materials, hazardous chemicals and regulated waste are never treated as ordinary general cleaning.

Where a facility has potentially hazardous materials or specialized waste streams, responsibilities are identified before service begins. Hazardous-material handling, remediation and disposal are not part of CleanWise standard industrial cleaning services.
