Our story

Started in 2020. Built Into a Full Janitorial Provider.

CleanWise Solutions began in 2020, when businesses across the DC region were working out how to reopen safely and needed commercial disinfection they could trust.

The company started by providing disinfection services and staying current on federal, state and local guidance so building owners did not have to. As facilities reopened, clients asked for the same reliability in their day-to-day cleaning, and CleanWise developed into a full commercial janitorial provider offering recurring programs for offices, medical facilities, industrial properties and multi-tenant buildings.

The business is still locally owned and operated from Alexandria, Virginia. Being owner-operated lets CleanWise adapt quickly when a building’s needs change, address concerns directly, and keep overhead low enough to invest in the people doing the work.
