Bank and Financial Institution Cleaning Built Around Access Control.

CleanWise Solutions provides recurring cleaning for bank branches, credit unions, wealth management and financial offices across the DMV. Programs are scoped around secure-area boundaries, escorted or badge-controlled access, and a schedule that keeps branches presentable for customers while cleaning happens outside operating hours.

  • Secure areas handled by rule, not habit. Vaults, cash rooms and restricted offices are excluded or escorted exactly as your security policy requires, and that is written into the scope.
  • Customer-facing presentation. Lobbies, teller lines, glass, ATM vestibules and consultation offices cleaned to a standard customers and auditors can see.
  • 30-Day Onboarding Standard. Shared issue log from day one, weekly quality reviews, and a partial first-month credit if we miss the agreed standard.

Why financial institutions are different

A Branch Has to Look Trustworthy and Be Cleaned Without Compromising Security

Banks and credit unions carry two requirements most facilities do not: a customer-facing standard that reflects on the institution, and a security policy that decides where a vendor can be, when, and with whom.

CleanWise scopes financial institution cleaning around both. During the walkthrough with the branch or facilities manager we document the areas the crew is cleared to clean, the areas that are excluded or require an escort, how access is granted, and the schedule that fits around opening hours, cash deliveries and alarm procedures. The crew assigned to the account is stable and briefed on those rules before the first visit.

On the presentation side, the program covers what customers see first: lobby floors and glass, teller counters and partitions, ATM vestibules, waiting areas and consultation offices. Back-office areas, break rooms and restrooms are maintained to the same standard as our office cleaning programs, and scored inspections confirm all of it against the written scope.

Scope of work

What Bank and Financial Institution Cleaning Includes

Scope is set per branch or office, but a typical recurring program covers the following, with secure areas handled according to your policy.

  • Lobby, entrance and ATM vestibule floors, glass, mats, door hardware and high-touch surfaces on every visit.
  • Teller lines and counters counters, partitions, pens and pass-through areas wiped and disinfected, with cash areas excluded or escorted as required.
  • Consultation and private offices desks, chairs, glass and touchpoints cleaned on a schedule that respects client confidentiality, with papers left untouched.
  • Waiting areas and customer seating upholstery, tables, floors and displays.
  • Back office, break rooms and restrooms maintained to the same standard as our office cleaning programs, restocked every visit.
  • Floor care hard-surface and carpet maintenance with periodic deep cleans for lobbies and high-traffic paths.
  • Trash and recycling with shredding bins and document containers never opened or emptied by the crew.
  • Multi-branch coordination one scope, one issue log and one account manager across branches in DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia.
Security boundaries, in writing

Vaults, cash rooms, safe deposit areas, server rooms and any office your policy designates are either excluded from the scope or cleaned only under escort during agreed windows. The crew does not open drawers, cabinets or document bins. These rules are written into the program and checked on inspection.

How the program is built

How a Financial Institution Program Is Scoped

Four steps, documented with your facilities and security contacts before the first visit.

STEP 1

Walkthrough with security input

We walk the branch with the manager and security or facilities contact and map cleared, escorted and excluded areas.

STEP 2

Written scope and access plan

Areas, schedule, access method, alarm procedures and exclusions are recorded and signed off.

STEP 3

Assigned, briefed crew

A stable crew is briefed on the access and conduct rules and stays on the account.

STEP 4

Scored inspections and issue log

Inspections check presentation and rule compliance, and issues go into the shared log your account manager owns.

30-Day Onboarding Standard

The first month follows a documented transition: a shared issue log opens on day one, the assigned crew is stabilized, and weekly quality reviews confirm the agreed standard. If it is not met, CleanWise credits back a portion of the first month’s service.

What usually goes wrong

Why General Janitorial Is a Risk in a Branch

Most problems in bank cleaning are not about dirt. They are about a crew that was never given the security boundaries, or a rotating crew that never learned them.

Unscoped

A different cleaner each week, no written access plan, a document bin emptied by mistake and a lobby that looks fine on Monday and tired by Thursday.

CleanWise

One assigned crew briefed on your policy, excluded and escorted areas in writing, document containers untouched, and a customer-facing standard inspected and scored.
